Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Please contact us via phone or email with your booking reference number. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit.

How far in advance should I book?

For regular seating, we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance. For premium seats (Monkey Dome, Monkey Nest) and special packages, we recommend booking at least 3-7 days ahead, especially during peak season (November-April).

Can we walk in without a reservation?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. However, we strongly recommend reservations, especially for dinner service and weekends. Premium seats and special packages always require advance booking.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation, and our chefs will prepare suitable alternatives.

A typical dining experience lasts 2-3 hours, allowing you to enjoy our cuisine and atmosphere fully. For special packages, please allow 3-4 hours. We never rush our guests—your table is yours for the evening.

Can I request a specific seat or zone?

Yes, you can request specific seats when booking. Popular zones like Monkey Dome and Monkey Nest fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early. We'll do our best to accommodate your preferences based on availability.

Can I host a private event or celebration?

We love hosting celebrations. We offer birthday packages, romantic dinner packages, proposal setups, and can accommodate private events for up to 50 guests. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll create a custom experience.

Do you have live entertainment?

Select packages include live entertainment such as saxophone performances, live bands, and fire shows. Our romantic dinner and ultimate packages feature private entertainment. Regular dining doesn't include live shows but features ambient jungle sounds.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation. For cancellations within 24 hours, the deposit may be forfeited. Special packages may have different cancellation policies—please check when booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (Thai Baht), all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and mobile payments including PromptPay. For deposits, we accept bank transfer and credit card payments online.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers for any amount or for specific packages. They make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Contact us to purchase vouchers, valid for 12 months from issue date.

Do you have semi-private or private areas?

Yes, our Monkey Dome and Monkey Nest offer semi-private experiences. For fully private events, we can arrange exclusive use of certain zones. Zone 6 and Zone 7 can accommodate large groups seeking privacy.

Where is Three Monkeys located?

We're located inside Hanuman World, at 105 Moo 4, Muang Chao Fa Road, Wichit, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000. We're about 15 minutes from Phuket Town and 30 minutes from Patong Beach.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking is available at Hanuman World. Follow signs to the restaurant parking area. During busy periods, our staff will guide you to available spaces. For large groups, please inform us in advance.

Do you offer hotel transfers?

While we don't provide direct transfers, we can recommend reliable taxi services and help arrange transportation. Many hotels in Phuket offer shuttle services to Hanuman World. Grab and local taxis are also readily available.

What are your opening hours?

We're open daily from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Last food order is at midnight. We recommend arriving before 10 PM for the full dining experience. Kitchen hours may vary on special occasions—please check when booking.
